Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery, travel assignment in Brunswick, Georgia. Start date 08/10/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay range $1,891–$2,007 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital travel assignment. Must be able to triage, circulate, and recover in PACU as part of obstetric perioperative care.

Responsibilities
- Triage obstetric patients upon admission and throughout labor, assessing needs and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Circulate during labor and delivery as part of the perioperative team; assist with monitoring, positioning, and instrumentation as needed.
- Recover patients in PACU after delivery; monitor vitals, pain control, airway status, and post-anesthesia recovery priorities.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status; respond promptly to changes and escalate to the physician/anesthesia team as required.
- Document care in the electronic health record; communicate handoffs clearly and support efficient room turnover and patient flow.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- BLS certification; ACLS as required by unit policy
- 1+ year of L&D or PACU experience preferred; experience in a high-volume obstetric unit is a plus
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work nights in a fast-paced obstetric setting; strong teamwork and communication skills
- US work authorization
