Tire Technician, Dubuque, IA Bauer Built is a tire and service shop in Dubuque, IA. The team works hard and takes care of every customer. Bauer Built will train the right person and help them grow. What you'll do:

Mount and dismount tires on all types of vehicles
Balance tires so they ride smooth and safe
Rotate tires to help them last longer
Repair flat tires and patch punctures
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and air pressure
Follow safety rules on every job
Keep your work area clean and organized

What you need:

Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to stand, lift, and work with your hands all day
Previous tire or auto experience is a plus, but not required
A dependable attitude and a good work history

Bauer Built will train you from day one. If you have tire or automotive experience, that helps. ASE certifications or time spent doing tire mounting, balancing, or TPMS work will make you stand out. Even if you are newer to the trade, Bauer Built wants to hear from you. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, and take pride in doing the job right. The shop offers steady hours and a chance to build real skills over time. There is room to grow here for people who want it. Pay starts at $20 per hour and goes up based on your experience.
