As a Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the ACTTAY (Assertive Community Treatment for Transitional Age Youth) team by managing non-clinical operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and ensuring the smooth coordination of services. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client care. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate schedules, triage calls, support intake processes, and assist with reporting and data tracking. You’ll also help ensure client charts are current and accurate, supplies are maintained, and communication flows seamlessly between the team and the individuals we serve.
