Other Nurse Practitioner
$110k - $175kProtouch Staffing
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams.
Order and interpret specialized laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
Develop personalized treatment plans using conventional and functional medicine therapies.
Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Utah medical regulations.
Active Utah NP, or PA license.
Active DEA license.
Board Certified/Board Eligible (where applicable).
Functional or integrative medicine experience preferred.
ILADS training/certification and experience treating Lyme disease, mold illness, autoimmune disorders, and hormone imbalances are highly preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000-$175,000 annually
