Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Part‑Time - All Shifts Job Category: Nursing Supervisor: Sugeiri Rivera Requisition Number: LICEN010387 Part‑Time On‑site Rate: $28.06 per hour Location: Lourdes Noreen‑McKeen Residence, 315 South Flagler Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, USA We are a faith‑based, nonprofit short‑term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, serving the community since 1960. We provide a home for our residents. Job Summary Seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents on all shifts. Responsibilities Periodically review and update resident discharge plans. Complete accident/incident reports by shift end. Make daily rounds to ensure nursing staff perform assignments. Inform nurses of new admissions, arrival times, room assignments. Participate in orientation of new residents/family members. Arrange diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by physicians. Notify attending physician and family members of changes in resident condition. Qualifications Current license in Florida as LPN. Current BLS certification. At least one year of staff nursing experience in hospital or long‑term care with a minimum of six months supervisory experience. Benefits (22.5+ hours/week) Competitive compensation.
