Full Stack AI Developer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack AI Developer to join our growing team. This is a senior-level position for an engineer with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications in production. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing scalable software solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building intelligent business automation systems. You will take ownership of our technical architecture, develop AI-driven products, optimize internal workflows, and collaborate directly with leadership to deliver innovative solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has built products used by thousands of users and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Design, architect, and develop scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered products and business automation solutions.
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and similar platforms.
• Design AI workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.
• Develop robust REST APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to maximize AI performance.
• Fine-tune AI models and continuously improve AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain high-quality code through Git version control and best development practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
• Demonstrated experience architecting scalable systems used by thousands of users.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and API development.
• Extensive experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow development.
• Experience with cloud deployment and scalable application architecture.
• Excellent understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
