Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a dependable, customer-focused professional with strong phone skills, accurate data entry abilities, and experience supporting customers in a fast-paced call center or office environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, clients, and business partners. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, process requests, maintain accurate records, and help ensure each customer receives timely, professional support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, orders, accounts, and general information.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, service requests, and follow-up activities.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support administrative tasks including order processing, scheduling, forms, reports, and customer file maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Seattle, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in a call center environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account questions, service requests, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and data entry across company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Positive professional references from previous employers or supervisors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional customer interaction skills.
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Call center experience strongly preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume phone environments.
- Experience using CRM, customer management, or ticketing systems.
- Administrative or office support experience.
- Experience supporting service-based or customer-facing organizations.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
