Quality Monitoring Analyst

Inizio Engage is seeking a Quality Monitoring Analyst to support high-impact biotechnology and pharmaceutical engagement programs. In this role, you will evaluate call, digital, and multichannel interactions with patients, providers, and payers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional experience delivery. You’ll develop and apply quality scorecards, analyze trends, and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams. Partnering with operations, compliance, and training, you will recommend process improvements, support calibration sessions, and help ensure regulatory, scientific, and data standards are consistently met in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment.
