MH Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description Responsible for filling store orders using a pick list and preparing them for shipment in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Ensures merchandise is obtained from bins or shelves and verifies order completeness and accuracy. Also handles shipping, receiving, and back‑stock inventory. Responsibilities Mark pallets with identifying store information Use lift equipment once training and certification are completed Pick and stage parts for store deliveries Replenish inventory to shelves Maintain consistent, reliable attendance Complete other related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Legally eligible to work in the United States Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Preferred: Prior warehouse training or experience Preferred Skills Physical Requirements The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The rate offered depends on factors such as geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, other skillsets, and shift differential, if applicable.
