Catering & Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Catering & Sales professional to join a fast-growing events team in San Marcos, CA. This is a high-impact role for someone with a background in catering companies, upscale event coordination, or luxury hospitality sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through client relationships, selling and upselling catering services, and ensuring seamless execution of events from start to finish. You will also lead and manage the catering team, coordinate event logistics, and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and clients. Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, $75,000-$80,000 plus commission Key Responsibilities:

• Sell, upsell, and manage catering services for corporate and private events
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
• Oversee event planning, coordination, and on-site execution
• Manage and lead catering staff during events
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth execution
• Handle scheduling and event staffing needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in catering sales or high-end event coordination
• Strong background working with catering companies or upscale events
• Proven ability to close sales and grow client accounts
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing fast-paced, on-site event environments
