System Analyst Lead - Appian

Duration: Contract

Location: Dorchester, MA

Must have Appian platform experience

Bilingual Spanish/English requirement is a Must Have

Position is Hybrid / a few days onsite a week at CPK Office in Dorchester, MA

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Core Requirements:

8-10 years of experience Appian platform experience
Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment
DevOps experience
Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency

Excellent communication skills
Location: US Onsite - Columbia Park Office - Dorchester, MA
Digital: Appian BPM - Business Process Management (BPM)
