We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focused on teamwork and delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Perform peripheral IV insertions, including ultrasound-guided IV insertions and IO insertions. Administer medications, blood products, and procedural sedation monitoring. Conduct assessments and monitor patient vitals in emergency situations. Assist in emergency procedures such as defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion. Implement hemorrhage control measures and wound care. Participate in multi-disciplinary team collaboration to improve patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a valid Utah RN license or compact license. Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS. Preferred certifications: TNCC, NRP, ENPC. Advanced skills in IV insertion (ultrasound preferred), EKG monitoring, and other critical interventions.
