Property Manager FTUSC Leasing Office - Los Angeles, CA 90007OverviewSalary Range $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Position Type Full TimeDescriptionWe have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/ 3 properties, near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are located within 1 mile of the office. Opportunity for advancement. We offer online and in-person training.Compensation Includes:$23.00-$25.00 per hour$300.00 Auto Allowance and $25.00 cell phoneFree 1-bedroom apartmentResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the propertySupervise property, staff, and external vendorsDaily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.Oversee accounts payable and receivable.Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residentsPerform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategiesHeavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.Monitor the monthly financial budgetStrong leasing experienceEnsure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulationsJob Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family property management with 80+ units.
