Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to diverse client needs. \n
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client concerns and develop strategic treatment plans that align with their goals. \n
- Document client interactions and progress notes diligently, adhering to HIPAA regulations and California's legal and ethical standards. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, acting as an advocate for clients in acute situations to ensure their immediate safety and support. \n
- Engage in collaborative care by working closely with other therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes. \n
- Participate actively in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practice and contribute to team learning. \n
- Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring that clients receive the attention and support they need in alignment with clinic policies and best practices. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program. \n
- Current, unrestricted LMFT licensure in California. \n
- Thorough knowledge of legal and ethical standards in therapy, including California-specific regulations. \n
- Demonstrated clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a range of presenting issues. \n
- Strong ability to remain calm and effective in crisis scenarios and adapt therapy techniques to accommodate client needs. \n
- Comprehensive understanding of confidentiality and ethical guidelines related to mental health care. \n

- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient setting providing therapy services. \n
- Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and familiarity with various treatment modalities. \n
