General Manager

As a General Manager, you will manage the day to day operations of the assigned location. You will be responsible for achieving KPIs and planned sales and profit goals through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, best practices, programs, and performance standards. In addition, you will directly supervise all employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve set goals, and KPIs, including customer satisfaction feedback goals. You will also be in charge of inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, and the safe storing of the items needed to operate the business effectively. You will be accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations and administration, ensuring execution of all tasks and systems to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction, a consistent and safe work environment, and a profitable Profit and Loss statement. This position requires consistent demonstration of leadership and a strong attention to detail.
