Content Strategist with Security Clearance

Title: Content Strategist (Full-Time/Part-Time) Overview RiVidium is seeking a Content Strategist to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Develop mission-aligned content under PWS C.5.2; aligns messaging to engagement analytics and stakeholder communication objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities Develop content strategies aligned to audience needs, campaigns, and organizational priorities. Coordinate content planning across digital channels, programs, and stakeholder requirements. Use analytics and performance feedback to refine message delivery and content effectiveness. Partner with writers, designers, and outreach teams to support integrated communications. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (7-10 yrs), Senior (10-15 yrs). Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user‑experience deliverables relevant to the role. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs. Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement. Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams. Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer‑approved locations as required.
