Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude as they arrive at the service drive. • Efficiently manage vehicle traffic flow to ensure a smooth and organized service area. • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring each customer receives their vehicle promptly and in excellent condition. • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any immediate service needs or concerns. • Maintain a clean and orderly service drive, reflecting our commitment to quality and professionalism. • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. • Assist in moving vehicles to designated areas, supporting the service technicians' workflow and efficiency. Qualifications: • Experience in providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members, ensuring clear and concise interactions. • Proven track record of maintaining organization in fast-paced environments, keeping service lanes and surrounding areas tidy. • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks, assisting in preparing vehicles for service. • Skill in managing vehicle flow efficiently, ensuring smooth operations in service stalls and parking areas. • Attention to detail in monitoring and reporting any vehicle damage or safety concerns promptly. • Capability to follow dealership policies and safety procedures diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for all. Compensation: $22,891 - $25,001 yearly
