Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles My client’s Labor and Employment practice group is seeking to hire an associate in its Los Angeles office with 2 to 3 years’ experience in employment-related litigation, including single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, class and collective actions, and other disputes involving claims such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. Salary range: $235,000 – $260,000 per year, dependent on relevant years of experience. Responsibilities Handle employment-related litigation, including single‑plaintiff and multi‑plaintiff matters, class and collective actions, and other disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues. Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in employment‑related litigation. Distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service. Must be in good standing in California.
