ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and perform field service calls, installations, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment and identify corrective actions. Provide active support to the engineering department in various capacities. Manage internal technical support calls, offering guidance and problem‑solving solutions for equipment issues. Assist with Quality Checks on equipment prior to shipment. Ability to create and sustain customer relationships. Assist with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Accurately report daily activities for invoicing and tracking purposes. Willingness to travel at least 25 – 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Highly motivated, organized, and self‑directed. Computer literate: MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Associate’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years Field Service experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment. Must have a US passport or be willing to obtain one. Must demonstrate ability to read work instructions, literate in materials and inventory, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, deadline oriented, multiple task ability, strong basic math skills, strong leadership skills. Proficiency with a variety of hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tapes/rulers, micrometers).
