Physician Anesthesiology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

A regional healthcare system in northeast Missouri is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join its hospital-employed anesthesia team.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed anesthesiologist role
• Join a team of 4 anesthesiologists, 7 CRNAs, and 1 anesthesia technician
• Coverage supported by a recently completed $63M hospital renovation and expansion
• State-of-the-art surgical suites with modern technology
• Collaborative, team-based anesthesia care model
• Growing practice with increasing surgical volume and expanded staffing needs
• Service area includes patients across Missouri, southeast Iowa, and west-central Illinois

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $580K per year
• Sign-on bonus: $50K+
• Student loan repayment: up to $100K
• Relocation stipend: $10K
• CME allowance: $5K annually
• 17 weeks of annual vacation
