As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of the Base Operations supporting fleet readiness and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Vehicle Technician Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $46–$53/hr (based on experience and interview performance) What's the Job? Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage. Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness. Coordinate repair processes and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records. Maintain shop facilities, tools, and inventory to ensure an efficient work environment. What's Needed? Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of technician experience in a related field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
