Lead with Precision — Support High-End Commercial Flat Roofing Projects at Tusing Builders LTD! Salary/Pay Rate: $24 - $28+ per hour (Based on experience). Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Schedule: Monday – Friday. Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial Flat Roofing. The Opportunity You will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of high-performance commercial roofing systems across Northern Ohio. Execute the precise installation of TPO, EPDM, and Durolast membrane systems to meet manufacturer specifications. Perform removal of existing roofing materials and prepare substrates for new insulation and drainage components. Install critical edge details, flashing, and drains to ensure long-term moisture protection for commercial clients. Collaborate with the Foreman to identify and resolve on-site technical obstacles to keep projects on schedule. Maintain a clean and professional jobsite that reflects the high standards of the Tusing Builders brand. Proven experience in commercial flat roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, or specialized membranes. Demonstrated proficiency in climbing ladders and utilizing basic roofing power tools. Strong reliability and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship in a field environment. Advanced knowledge of specialized commercial installations and insulation layouts.
