• Licensed dental hygienist

Education/Licensure: Current Dental Hygiene license is required.
Clinical Excellence: Proactive in diagnosing periodontal disease and educating patients on the link between oral hygiene and overall health.

Job Description

Preventive & Periodontal Care: Perform thorough cleanings, root planing, and scaling. Proactively screen for and diagnose periodontal disease and oral cancer.
Diagnostic Excellence: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos to assist the Doctor in comprehensive treatment planning.
Patient Education: Translate complex dental needs into easy-to-understand terms. Educate patients on proper home care techniques and the systemic link between oral and overall health.
Clinical Accuracy: Maintain precise and detailed electronic patient records, including periodontal charting and medical history updates.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the Doctor and assistants to ensure a seamless patient flow and a "five-star" experience for every person who walks through our door.
Safety & Sterilization: Adhere to all OSHA and CDC guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients and staff.
