You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.Shift Details: Part Time Monday - Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm**Responsibilities:*** Answers the telephone* Communicates messages through email or Epic* Greets, registers, and schedules patient appointments* Collects patient copayments* Makes appointment reminder calls* Verifies insurance and other patient data is accurate* Scans and/or uploads patient information to patients electronic chartWe are seeking individuals who are able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including: medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.**Why Saint Luke’s?** We believe in creating a collaborative environment, while looking for innovative ways to improve.
