What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school settings
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapy plans for children and young adults (18 months–22 years)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Organizational skills for managing two different caseloads weekly
• Enthusiasm for collaboration with educators and families
• Flexibility to travel between Santa Fe and Albuquerque for scheduled days

Role Breakdown:

• Provide PT services 30 hours per week across both locations
• Albuquerque: 2 days/week (7.5 hours/day) at a single school facility, supporting about 15 students aged 18 months to 6 years
• Santa Fe: 2 days/week (7.5 hours/day) in a school setting, serving 10–15 students ranging from 18 months to 22 years
• Assess student needs, develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Maintain clear, regular documentation and progress reports aligned with district and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and educational staff
• Commitment expected from August 3 to June 5, aligning with the academic calendar
