This remote position will provide you with the flexibility to work from home while delivering essential mental health services to clients at our Detox Center. The role takes place in a primarily remote setting, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Although you will work from home, our team remains closely connected through regular virtual meetings, team collaborations, and ongoing support from supervisory staff. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be part of a network of professionals dedicated to delivering compassionate care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

  • Provide individualized therapy, which could include one-on-one sessions, family interactions, and group therapies utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that establish specific, measurable goals and effective interventions for each client.

  • Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

  • Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans for clients in high-risk situations.
  • \n
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting a sense of community among clients dealing with similar issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the State of Oregon.

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in substance use or dual diagnosis environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
