The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is the community’s sales and service representative, responsible for welcoming prospects, conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and supporting the application and leasing process. This role helps achieve occupancy and resident retention goals while maintaining a professional, customer-first experience for residents and visitors.

What You Bring to Us:

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
• A customer-focused mentality
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, with a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.
• A sharp professional appearance
• Sales aptitude
• Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs

$65,000—$75,000 USD**
