Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Job Summary Birchwood Rehab and Healthcare is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our exceptional skilled nursing team. We are looking to expand our caregiver team and are hiring for all shifts . Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is required. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs. Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents. Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care. Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions. Qualifications Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required. Compassionate and enthusiastic approach to resident care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent care. Ability to work assigned shifts and schedules. Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
