Ambulatory RN: RX Renewals & Patient Care Leader

Henry Ford Health System in Dearborn seeks a Registered Nurse RN for Ambulatory RX Renewal (PT). You will provide leadership in coordinating patient care and utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate, while documenting care and teaching for patients and families. Required RN licensure in Michigan and BLS/ACLS per policy; 1 year RN experience in inpatient or ambulatory/clinic settings is expected.
