Physician - Obstetrics Gynecology General

• Location: Evansville, Indiana
• Facility Name: Ascension St. Vincent Evansville
• Schedule: Full–time | Four clinic days per week
• Base Salary: $460,000 two–year income guarantee followed by RVU production
• Incentives: Commencement bonus, Relocation allowance, Loan assistance, Quality bonus
• CME: Annual allowance | 5 additional days outside of PTO
• Malpractice: Provided through Ascension's comprehensive program. Includes tail coverage.
