Location: Iselin, NJ / New York City, NY Hybrid

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager on behalf of our client in Iselin, NJ / New York City, NY . We are looking for an experienced project management professional with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise to lead technology initiatives and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the P&C Insurance domain.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and communication.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and quality standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of recent experience in the P&C Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes and business domains.
- Experience working with P&C Insurance customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work 2 3 days per week onsite in Iselin, NJ or NYC.
- Candidates must be local to the NJ, NY, or Stamford, CT area due to onsite requirements.
- Must be available for an in-person client interview .
