Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time Starting Pay: $18.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Available Hours: Full Time – Evenings Location: Farmington, MO Your Impact Step in to keep care consistent when the team needs coverage Support each person with daily routines, meals, and personal care Give medications safely once you've completed certification Help with outings, appointments, and community activities Follow support plans and document each shift accurately Bring a calm, positive presence the people we support can rely on What You Bring We hire for heart and teach the skills.
