Job-ID: 1358723Luogo: Milano, LombardiaPubblicato: 2026-09-03Settore industriale: Green EconomyCodice riferimento: 1358723Our client is an international group specializing in the design, construction, and management of wastewater treatment plants and waste treatment facilities, and has entrusted us with the search for the position ofSenior QHSE SpecialistRole and Responsibilities:· Support the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company;· Act as technical point of contract for site-based safety. Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits, providing expert guidance to site managers to ensure immediate risk mitigation.· Support the identification of training needs and design specialized coaching programs for high-risk activities and the promotion of a proactive safety culture· Support/Plan and excute the annual internal audit schedule. Collaborate for external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits.Requirements· At least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors. Proven track record as a ASPP in field-based roles.· Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (Engineering preferred).· Attendance of specific training courses for ASPP (Modules A,B,).· Attendance of Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)· Fluent in English Pacchetto retributivoRetribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) a partire da 50k + bonus 9% + buoni pasto da 10Possibilità di smart working 2 giorni a settimanaSede di lavoro: Milano (sede vicina a Metro)#LI-CC1 Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
