SETTING: REHABILITATION CENTER, CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) DIVERSE CCRC SETTING: SKILLED NURSING, ASSISTED LIVING, INDEPENDENT LIVING, MEMORY CARE, ON-CAMPUS HOME HEALTH, OUTPATIENT

LOCATION: ARLEIGH BURKE - MCLEAN, VA
