Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$1836.00/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical unit, supporting a variety of procedures including neurosurgery, urology, and general surgery. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes through skilled clinical practices and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and maintain sterile environments.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments and procedural findings accurately in EMR.
  
  
• 
  Follow unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
  
  
• 
  Participate in on-call shifts and weekend call coverage as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license and/or CST certification required.
  
  
• 
  At least 1 year of OR nursing experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in neurosurgery, urology, or general surgery.
  
  
• 
  Detail-oriented with excellent attention to patient safety and hygiene standards.
  
  
• 
  Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  
• 
  Motivated with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
