Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the restoration or home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma required; additional education in business or related field is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
