Join Pyramid Restoration as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, where you will play a vital role in connecting with our clients and enhancing their experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and driving sales in the restoration industry. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Process orders and handle customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the restoration team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the restoration or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
