Record non-conformances in QDD Database, report findings and FTY to ManufacturingContinually observe ways to streamline and improve our processes using the Pursuit Production SystemAssist with compliance testing, inspections and recommendations.Work along with Manufacturing to reduce repeat Warranty hits and findings during inspectionsIncrease FTYIs accountable for ensuring that established Quality standards and objectives are met or exceeded within his/her area of Quality responsibilityReview Quality/Warranty issues and determine root causeWork with MFG to present the problem & countermeasures through the CAR systemComplete required system checks as required in the following systemsAC/DC electrical equipmentDrainage systemFresh water systemWaste systemFuel system & fuel restriction testAC/HeatPropulsion systemPerformance testing in pool or inshoreOther duties may be assigned.Trained to use measuring devices such as ultrasound machines, wet film gauges, moisture meters, etcGeneral knowledge and understanding of required power tools.Must be able to understand and execute top quality.Job requires standing and working in and around boats/molds throughout the entire day.Must work efficiently and in the safest manner possible, following all safety regulations at all times.Must be able to work at heights above four feet.Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
