PROMAN Staffing • Spartanburg, SC, United States of America • 1w ago The High Bay Reach Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating reach trucks in a high-racking warehouse environment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role requires precision, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently at elevated heights.

Pay: $20.50/hr

Shift: 10:30pm-6am

Key Responsibilities

Operate high bay reach trucks to transport materials within the warehouse
Pick, stage, and put away products in high rack storage areas
Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers accurately
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues
Maintain accurate inventory through scanning systems and documentation
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and inventory control staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid forklift/reach truck certification (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum [1–2] years of experience operating a reach truck in a high bay environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (hot/cold depending on facility)
Exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment
May require working overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed
