What You'll Do Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including appropriate emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and maintain professionalism. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activities. Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to deter suspicious behavior and enhance security awareness. Complete detailed reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and activities during patrols. Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required by site protocols. Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential criminal activity within the financial institution environment. Adhere to all legal and company requirements regarding the carrying and use of firearms while on duty. Minimum Requirements Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit. Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience. CPR certification is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
