Join our healthcare partner's dedicated team in providing exceptional care to patients with conditions such as alcohol use disorder, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients through their recovery journey.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a 10-bed psychiatric unit
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:5
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, mental health specialists, and respiratory therapists
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation
• Participate in a 2-3 day orientation with a preceptor
• Work flexible 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements
• Adhere to dress code standards to serve as a role model for patients

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• First-time travelers welcome
