Role Overview: As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students within a school setting. This position is ideal for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is motivated to make a positive impact on students' lives. Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs. Provide therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective communication strategies. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Stay informed about advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
