Corporate Transactional Attorney

Referment is working with an established Florida law firm seeking a corporate transactional attorney for its Miami practice. This opportunity is for a lawyer with an existing portable book of business who wants to continue developing that practice while working on a broader range of corporate and cross-border matters.

The firm advises businesses with domestic and international interests. The successful candidate will bring strong transactional drafting skills, commercial judgment and the ability to work confidently with Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking clients.

The role

You will advise clients on corporate transactions and international business matters, draft and negotiate business agreements, and contribute to matters where trademark considerations intersect with wider commercial work. You will also maintain and develop the client relationships you bring to the firm.

What We’re Looking For

• Current admission to the Florida Bar.
• At least five years of relevant corporate and international business experience.
• An established book of business with clients and work that could realistically move with you.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Excellent legal writing, drafting and client communication skills.
• Experience with trademark-related matters in a corporate or commercial context.
