P-Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (no weekend rotation) Facility: 97-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) on a beautiful campus Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a 97‑bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their speech and language abilities and a strong understanding of the unique needs of the geriatric population. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders. Provide therapy sessions to patients in accordance with their treatment plans. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients. Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and maintaining progress. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records. Stay current on advancements and best practices in speech‑language pathology. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state license or eligibility for state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF setting preferred. Experience working with geriatric population preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
