Opportunity Highlights

• Practice independently with no anesthesiologists on staff
• Diverse surgical caseload with approximately 85% orthopedic and 15% general surgery cases
• Regional anesthesia and nerve block skills utilized regularly
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Shared call currently 1:6, expected to improve to 1:8 as the team expands
• Collaborative surgical services team committed to exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license required
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred
• Confidence practicing independently, including airway management and intubation without a supervising physician present
• Experience with regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
