Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (PCU/Stepdown)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holiday Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/PCU setting with intermediate to advanced monitoring
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpretation as part of routine patient assessment
• Initiate and manage IV access and related therapies
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (Royal Blue scrubs required; not provided)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to start
• Minimum 3 years of recent Stepdown/PCU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and IV insertion
• Intermediate to advanced fetal monitoring (FM) skills required
• Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment with minimal to no requested time off, particularly around holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling, including holiday and weekend availability
