It would be helpful to see the challenges he faced, the decisions made throughout the projects, and how he balanced user needs with business goals. Additionally, there is a lack of examples that highlight B2B work, which would be important for this role Summary As a Senior UX Designer, you will be the UX lead on a large design project and have a strong grasp of the UX bag of tricks and when to use and apply them. You are a strong advocate for the design process and are always planning ahead. As the main UX voice on an EPD, you will evangelize for our users and for good UX practice. You may also lead a non-senior UX, and should be able to break down upcoming work in order to piece out portions for them. Responsibilities Champion users and excellent design within an EPD team composed of an Engineering Lead, Product Owner, and Design Lead (you) Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to create new product offerings while expanding and refining existing ones Help with the creation and maintenance of the design system, including design principles, pattern library, and information architecture guidelines Build prototypes of varying fidelity in both 2D and 3D, and validating concepts with user testing Define, interpret, and respond to product analytics Contribute to our evolving processes and best practices Provide guidance and constructive critique to junior designers Advocate for great user experience through beautiful, intuitive, clear design practice Collaborate directly with our UX designers and researchers to create best-in-class products Help with the creation and maintenance of our design system, including iconography, typography and color palettes Create motion studies and work with developers to execute transitions, animation and interactions that elevate our experiences 3D and 2D asset creation for multiple platforms and devices, Create onboarding, training and product marketing materials both inside of and in support of the product May include other duties as assigned RIT Solutions
