SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)

Position Senior Cook – full time, headquartered at Vanderbilt Office Properties, 13320 Ballantyne Corporate Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28277. Schedule Full time with flexible availability; nights and weekend events required. Location Vanderbilt Office Properties – 13320 Ballantyne Corporate Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28277. Online applications only. Compensation $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Requirements Minimum 5 years of culinary experience. Must be able to prepare food to meet federal, state, local and company standards. Must follow HACCP guidelines and health and sanitation regulations. Must assist in maintaining production records, cross‑training employees, and performing other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes. Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning. Store, label, and date food items according to policy and maintain organized storage of dry and refrigerated/frozen products. Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records, documentation, and logs. Assist in cross‑training employees. May oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.
