Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Estimator in Lake Geneva to join their growing residential construction team. In this key role, you will perform detailed material takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor bids, and collaborate closely with design teams to ensure project success. responsibilities:
- Perform material take-offs and compile detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
- Solicit, gather, and review competitive subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and scope coverage.
- Collaborate with design teams on plan adjustments, specifications, and scope revisions.
- Issue invitations to bid, coordinate site visits, and handle subcontractor inquiries throughout the bidding process.
- Support the Chief Estimator with maintaining software updates and expanding the vendor/subcontractor database.
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
