What You Will Do:Lead a team of highly innovative engineers in the invention, development, build, and test of mechanical & electronic solutions supporting Assured Position, Navigation, and Timing products and technology. Oversee the mechanical & electrical engineering execution of internally and externally funded programs and IR&D projects, striving for 100% customer satisfaction. Develop innovation strategies via collaboration with internal and external customers and partner organizations across the company. Collaborate with personnel across Mission Systems and RTX to support technology transition planning and recommend projects for independent research & development (IR&D). Develop and nurture internal and external networks, forging relationships with peers across Mission Systems Engineering, Value Stream leadership, and Operations. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experienceMust have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements 3+ years experience leading cross-functional technical teams with a passion for challenging and developing people.
