Room AttendantSALARY RANGE - This position is part of the union, and the wage is established by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Current Rate is $23.50/hour. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.Essential FunctionsMust adhere to the company's Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms.Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable).Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.Replenish chemical bottles.Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards.Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.Perform other duties as requested by management.QualificationsExperience in a resort or a related field preferred.Working Conditions and ScheduleFlexible and long hours sometimes required.Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Must be able to stand during entire shift.Required to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, and bend (fold, organize, scrub, etc.)This role requires operating a golf cart.SVR Management II LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
